When you sign up on our website, we store your username, together with your password securely in hashed form. We also store an optional email address, and what page you viewed last.

Chat

When you send a chat message in our chat, we store your user id, together with the message, timestamp and the IP used when sending that message.

Logs

Every request made to kirdow.com and respective subdomains are logged, and stored for as long as it's needed. These logs contains the full URL, the user agent, IP and other information related to the response success and version. It does not contain any personal information or cookies sent by the user unless provided specifically by the user.

We use cookies and similar methods to track activity and store information. This data is stored as long as the information is needed, and can be removed by the user manually at any time.

If you use the chat, the chat message and all data accociated is stored indefinitely. This is so we can easily keep track of what's being said on the site.

For users with an account, we do also store the personal information specified in Account together with data for each individual application connected to your account. This data is stored as long as we need it, but could be removed by going into your account settings and choosing Delete Account.

Your rights as a user

If you have an account registered on our website, or have used the chat, you can request an exported file of the personal data stored about you. This is done by going to your Account and making a Takeout request.

You can also request a permanent shutdown of your account by going to your Account page and choosing delete account. Please note that this action is permanent and can not be reverted by anyone, including administrators.

Please keep in mind that we don't respond to account deletion and takeout requests via email, as we deem such ways insecure and thus recommend you to use your account page for such requests.
