Ending These Terms

You may end your legal agreement with Kirdow.com at any time by deactivating your accounts and discontinuing your use of the Services. You can deactivate your account at https://kirdow.com/account. See the Privacy Policy for more information on what happens to your information.

We may suspend or terminate your account or cease providing you with all or part of the Services at any time for any or no reason, including, but not limited to, if we reasonably believe: (i) you have violated these Terms, (ii) you create risk or possible legal exposure for us; (iii) your account should be removed due to unlawful conduct, (iv) your account should be removed due to prolonged inactivity; or (v) our provision of the Services to you is no longer viable. If you've provided an email, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by the email address associated with your account or the next time you attempt to access your account, depending on the circumstances. In all such cases, the Terms shall terminate, including, without limitation, your license to use the Services.

5. Other Agreements

By using our Services and thus forming a binding agreement, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, our AccuLink Terms & Conditions and also the AccuLink Privacy Policy.

6. Modification of Terms

With time we as Kirdow.com may require changes to either Privacy Policy or Terms & Conditions. If such changes occurr, we will notify you on our website with a message on our main page for at least a week after these terms go into action. When such changes occur, this agreement will transfer to the new agreement, and you thus agree with the new terms specified in such new agreement. If for any reason you do not agree with the new agreement, immediately cease usage of our Services.
